Heavenly vanilla cupcakes

Hello lovely readers, welcome back. The weekend is nearly here!Today I am sharing with you the receipe of delicious vanilla cupcakes. These are absolutely easy and you don't need extra skills to do them.I like to do these cupcakes when we have unexpected guests at home or just for the kids to have after school.

Here's the receipe :

  • 200g butter at room temperature
  • 275g plain flour
  • 250g regular sugar
  • 4 eggs ( room temperature)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • vanilla extract

1.Sift the flour and the baking powder into a bowl.Preheat your oven at 180 degrees.

    2. In another bowl add the sugar and butter.Mix on low to medium speed till they combine then        switch to high speed.I am using a stand mixer but you can definitely use a hand mixer .

4.Beat until it looks white and fluffy .

    5. Add the eggs one at a time.

6. Now it's time to add the dry ingredients.Incorporate the flour and let beat until the batter is lump free.

   7. Don't forget to scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula to allow even mixing.Add the vanilla essence. You can use your favourite flavoured essence here.

   8. Line your cupcake molds with cupcake paper cases or just grease the molds.Use a spoon or an         ice-cream scoop to divide the batter. One scoop per paper case.

  9. We're almost there, now bake these lovelies for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Look how the babies are growing!

And we're good to go.How yummy these look ?!You could definitely decorate with buttercream or     vanilla frosting but I just wanted them to be simple and tasty. That's the beauty of homemade, they're   not perfect but they are made with love ♥.

I like to serve these with a coffee.Wonderful treat!

  I hope you enjoy :) Have a blessed day.♥

                                                                                                                 Love,
                                                                                                The Inspired Islander
